Update on DimOS RT

Finally managed to check-in the source code into CVS repository. Feel free to dig around.

New 3-wire LCD output driver.

New serial bootloader and according firmware.

To write a firmware to the chip you might find useful the SP12 parallel programmer.

Note: sorry guys, linux sucks and so all its tools do. Get over it. The Makefile's are BSD-style. Just use freeb sd-buildutils package or drive your nuts crazy with GNU make.
